Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-02

At BEAUNIQUE LTD we respect the privacy of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect when you contact us or visit our website, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is BEAUNIQUE LTD, company number (EIK) 207988552, VAT registered under BG207988552.

Registered seat: Edinstvo District, bl. 27, ent. A, fl. 4, ap. 11, 6300 Haskovo, Bulgaria. Place of business (clinic): 45 Ruski Blvd, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

For any question about the processing of personal data or to exercise your rights, you can contact us by email at beauniquaesthetic@hotmail.com or by phone at +359 89 352 9941.

What data we collect

Contact and enquiry data: your name, phone number, email address and the content of the message you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.

WhatsApp and Viber correspondence: when you reach out through these channels we process your phone number and the content of the conversation.

Health-related data that you voluntarily provide in your enquiries (for example a description of a skin condition, medical history or a procedure of interest). This is special-category personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR, which we process only on the basis of your explicit consent and with heightened care.

Technical data and cookies: when you visit the website, analytics tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and time spent. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Appointment bookings take place off our website, through the external Studio24 platform; the data you enter there is handled by Studio24 as a separate controller/processor under its own terms.

Purposes of processing

We process your personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request.

To arrange and schedule consultations and appointments for procedures at the clinic.

To organise and coordinate the VIP medical-tourism programmes when you express interest in them.

To analyse and improve the operation of the website (statistics on traffic and usage).

Legal bases

We process ordinary personal data on the basis of Article 6 GDPR: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Health-related data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. Once a relationship for the provision of a medical service arises, processing may also rely on Article 9(2)(h) (for the purposes of health care and treatment).

You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf or as independent controllers, to the extent necessary for the purposes described above.

Studio24 — the online appointment-booking platform.

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook) — when you communicate with us through these channels.

Google (Google Analytics) — for website statistics and analytics.

Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.

Independent partner clinics in Istanbul — when we organise a medical-tourism programme and this is necessary to provide the service.

International data transfers

Some of our providers (Google, Meta, Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases the transfer takes place under appropriate safeguards, such as the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Medical-tourism programmes involve a transfer of personal data to a partner clinic in Turkey, which is a third country. This transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, after you have been informed of the possible risks in the absence of an adequacy decision and appropriate safeguards.

Retention period

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by applicable law.

Data from enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship is kept for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymised. Where we process data on the basis of consent, we retain it until consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires otherwise.

Medical records are retained for the periods laid down in the applicable health legislation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; erasure (the 'right to be forgotten'); restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing; and withdraw any consent given, at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at beauniquaesthetic@hotmail.com. We will respond within the time limits provided by law.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Republic of Bulgaria:

Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria, tel. +359 2 915 35 19, email kzld@cpdp.bg, website www.cpdp.bg.

Automated decision-making and security

We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations or in legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated.
